Williamsburg Inn Wedding

Where do I even start with this amazing Williamsburg Inn wedding?! When Reilly was planning her wedding she really wanted a cool historic place. She saw a picture of Williamsburg and remembered she had gone there as a child and loved it. She knew she had found the perfect place. I had never been to Colonial Williamsburg and I was really excited to finally visit!

The day was filled with sunshine and a crisp Autumn breeze. Reilly and Dylan got ready at the Inn and the Rockefeller House, surrounded by their families. I knew Reilly’s sister and mother immediately because they look so much alike, so fun.  Reilly really loves flowers and wanted to have as many as possible around. I made sure to add a lot of flowers to her detail shots. Because of the time of year, there was still greenery and flowers around the grounds, which was great.

 They got married in the oval garden next to the Rockefeller House. There was a big tree, and the sun was pouring in from the back. Her father officiated which was really sweet. There was much excitement when they found out they could get a horse-drawn carriage ride on the wedding day! We went through Colonial Williamsburg just across the street. It was so amazing! And they had a fife and drum group lead the guest to the cocktail hour. How cool is that?

Reilly looked stunning in her dress. The girls wore two different shades and everything just went so well together. She wore a pink bracelet from her mother and diamond earrings from her grandpa. Dylan looked super dapper in his dress uniform. I really loved hearing the different family members take on their relationship. And how perfect they are for each other. They had a live band at the reception which was amazing!

The day was a total dream and I was honored to be witness to it. Reilly, I’m so glad you found me on Instagram and that we had the privilege of capturing the relationship you and Dylan have together. Tim and I wish you all the best as you start your next adventure together!
