The Wilds Wedding and Event Venue

I’m very excited to share this gorgeous summer wedding held at The Wilds Wedding and Event Venue! Emily and Caleb aren’t actually from Indiana at all. This was technically a destination wedding and all their friends and family traveled in for it. The day was partly cloudy with a little rain during dinner and a wonderful sunset at the end. Caleb was very dapper in his blue suit. And Emily looked like a model with her beautiful red hair glowing in the sun and her long-sleeved lace gown. I loved how many flowers they had Laurilyn Floral Design bring in. The arch of blooms they got married under was stunning. The day was so well planned and laid back and all the little details made the guests feel special and the couple feel loved.

Caleb and Emily met at Miami University in Ohio. When a couple from their college gets married it’s called a “Miami merger”. Apparently, there have been over 13,000 of these couples. How fun is that? These two are such a great match. Their personalities compliment each other so well and they both love science, among other things. Their best friends said they were happy when Emily and Caleb found each other and were able to ‘geek out’ together.

Some of Southern Indiana’s finest vendors were selected for this day. Christina with Icing on the Cake did a great job as always. One World Catering knocked dinner out of the park. DJ Connections kept the party going. And REFEYEANCE IV Makeup and Hair did a lovely job.
