We had to reschedule this engagement shoot because of rain, and we all traveled for a few hours to get there, but it was worth it! I’ve known Brad for quite a few years now and had the pleasure of meeting Jen in person during their shoot. I figured she was pretty awesome and sweet, but that’s kinda an understatement now that I’ve actually met her!
Once upon a time when I was in town shooting a wedding, I stayed at Brad’s family’s house with his (super fun) sisters. I make no exaggeration when I say that I was blown away by the relationship Brad had with his sisters. Well, the relationships the whole family had for that matter. I thought to myself “This is amazing, and when I get married and have kids I hope this is exactly how my children love each other.”. That being said, I knew the girl that caught Brad’s eye would have to be pretty special. And turns out her name is Jen, and she is! I’ve loved getting to know them better as a couple during the booking and engagement shoot process.
And can we just talk about Jen’s style and perfect bob haircut? Oh, and how about that ring that Brad picked out all by himself? Our shoot went a little bit longer than I thought because we were having too much fun talking and it was hard to leave.
Brad and Jen, you guys are so fun to be around, and you really complement each other well. I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for your lives and marriage and I really can’t wait for your wedding!
