Clearwater Beach Wedding Photographer

Kimmy and Mike originally booked me to shoot their Fall wedding in the Chicago area. But as we all know this year has had many changes of plans, to say the least. But, I have to admit I wasn’t super disappointed when Kimmy told me they had decided to move everything down to Clearwater Beach. They downsized everything and had a few friends and family there at a beautiful ceremony on the beach. There was a perfect amount of breeze coming off the ocean. The customary afternoon rain never happened. And they had a dream sunset, just enough cloud cover and just enough golden light.

Kimmy wore jewelry from Tiffany’s. And she had an amazing veil that I could have photographed for hours. When she originally found her dress someone mentioned that it looked kinda “beachy”. Little did any of them know that she would actually be wearing it on the beach! I loved watching their first look. Mike couldn’t get over how gorgeous she was. The day was very lay-back and fun, just like you’d hope a beach wedding would be. Everyone was so happy for these two to be getting married!
